Gazprom Marketing & Trading Retail can arrange sitework services for all types of customers. Gazprom M&T Retail can offer expertise on any commercial site and are happy to discuss any requirements you may have.

Gazprom M&T Retail can also arrange the installation of new gas connections to any domestic sites, but are not able to supply the gas to the finished site. However, you would be free to choose any gas company with a domestic supply licence to provide your gas after the completion of the works.

Gazprom M&T Retail can arrange any of the following on your behalf:

• New gas connections to sites
• Increased/decreased gas pressure
• Meter Exchange
• Meter Testing
• Meter Disconnection
• Alteration/relocation of existing equipment
• Increase gas supply through existing equipment

KEEPING IT SIMPLE

At Gazprom Marketing & Trading Retail we aim to keep things as simple as possible for our customers. We arrange for experts to deal with the relevant transporter on your behalf so Gazprom M&T Retail can help ensure you get the new services that you require as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All we need in the first instance is for our Siteworks Request Form to be filled in and forwarded to us by fax or post. Please feel free to call us if you are unsure of any aspect of the form or would like to discuss possible options.

If the work requested includes a new service we will also require a scaled site plan showing the location of the requested service and meter. If the request is to fit a meter to an existing new service it saves time if you are able to provide the Infrastructure reference.

Once we have all the relevant information, we contact the relevant transporter for you. Gazprom M&T Retail aims to provide a quotation for your requested works within ten working days.

If you accept the quote, as soon as payment is received we will deal with the relevant transporter to get the best possible date for the siteworks you need. You can contact Gazprom M&T Retail to check on the progress of the work at any stage and we will keep you updated of any news as we keep track of the job until its successful completion.
