Gazprom Marketing & Trading Retail Limited (GMTR) is a subsidiary of Gazprom Marketing & Trading Limited (GM&T), whose ultimate parent company is OAO Gazprom in Moscow, one of the world’s largest natural gas companies.

We have a strong retail customer base in the deregulated UK market. From initially only selling natural gas to SMEs, we have entered new industrial and commercial markets and acquired new customers, increasing the volume of gas we supply in the UK by 500%.

GM&T has a licence to ship gas into the Republic of Ireland, and our product offering encompasses flexible purchasing products and carbon neutral gas as well as standalone carbon offsets. We have opened up additional sales channels including marketing through new brokers and are keen to establish a presence in the domestic gas and electricity markets.

We envisage that growth from the customer base and volumes will be rapid and substantial. Managing this anticipated growth is therefore our principal challenge going forward.
