If you do not already pay your electricity bill by Direct Debit you can do so online, over the phone with one of our customer service team members or by sending your instruction to us in writing. All customers who are covered by our General Terms and Conditions should pay their electricity bills by Direct Debit in order to qualify for their contracted rates.*

SETTING UP YOUR DIRECT DEBIT BY PHONE

You can set up your Direct Debit payment over the phone by speaking to one of our Customer Service advisors. Have your bank account details and account number to hand and call 0845 230 0011.

SETTING UP YOUR DIRECT DEBIT BY POST

Please print and complete the Direct Debit Mandate and send it to:

Note: All Direct Debit transactions are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

* You may request to pay via methods other than Direct Debit. Failure to pay your bill on time however would make you liable to a 40p per day administration charge.
