MOVING OUT SOON?
Please let us know about your relocation plans ideally 28 days in advance so that we can assign an account manager to help with all your arrangements.
What we need to know:
Most of the information will come naturally to you but it would be worth having your latest Gazprom M&T Retail bill to hand so that we can gain all relevant information as quickly as possible and settle your account.
- Who you are: Your Gazprom M&T Retail account number.
- The date you will cease your responsibility for the premises.
- A forwarding address and telephone number for us to send your final bill.
- Any information you may have about the new occupants moving into the premises (in the absence of this we will require details of the landlord).
When you are ready to leave, please ensure you take final meter readings for your current property and provide them to us so that we can send you your final bill. Log onto your online account here or call us on 0845 230 0011.

ALREADY MOVED?
If you have already moved on and not informed us you will remain responsible for the supply to the premise and all costs associated with it.
To avoid this, even if you have not told us in advance, please inform us as soon as you realize your oversight so that we can ensure you are correctly invoiced for consumption used under your responsibility
