VAT DECLARATION FORM

Unless we are otherwise informed VAT will be applied to your invoice at the current standard rate of 15% for all supply periods up to 31 December 2009. From 01 January 2010 the standard rate of VAT will return to 17.5%. Gazprom M&T Retail will apply this rate, where applicable, to all supply periods from 01 January 2010 onwards.

Your organisation may be eligible for a reduced VAT rate. If this is the case you must send us a fully completed VAT Declaration Certificate in advance of your first invoice to ensure correct application. Please be aware that due to HMRC rules a reduced rate cannot be applied without a valid form having been provided.
